Traci Heaton is the Broker and co-owner at Latitude 58 Real Estate Group.  Her path to real estate started at a young age as she observed her father buying, selling, and building homes. Traci made the decision early on to follow in his footsteps. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science from Northern Arizona University, Traci immediately followed her passion for real estate, quickly becoming a top producing agent with a commitment to excellence.

Traci and her husband Scott met while working as river guides in the Grand Canyon. They guided guests through some of the largest whitewater rapids in North America and bonded over their shared love of the outdoors. In 2011, Traci, Scott, and their three girls began a new adventure when they moved to Juneau, Alaska. Today, their family can still be found paddling rivers and lakes in Southeast Alaska, constantly exploring new trails and peaks.

Traci is known in the real estate community for going the extra mile to inform, educate, and discover the best solutions for her clients. She served on the Southeast Alaska Board of REALTORS® for six years, Alaska Board of REALTORS® during her presidency, and is currently serving as a Real Estate Commissioner for Alaska. When she’s not working, Traci is very active within her community, volunteering her time to numerous causes locally and statewide. Traci’s years of experience and vast knowledge in real estate provide unmatched expertise to help her clients navigate even the most challenging situations.
